Business FAQ's

What is the minimum order?
Twenty four (24) garments is our minimum order. You may combine any number of shirt colors or styles to meet this minimum. For example, order 8 Beefy T-shirts in red, 8 in black and 8 in navy. Or you may order 12 t-shirts and 12 tank tops.

What is your turnaround time?
Our normal turnaround time is 7 business days. Have you procrastinated? Relax. Expedited turnaround, even same day service, is available! Please call for details.

Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. By us and by you. Because you approve each step of the process, your job is completed exactly the way you want it. If we make a mistake we'll be sure to correct it.

What are your office hours?

Can I see my logo printed on a garment before I place my order?
Yes. All regular charges for print preparations, plus a minimum print charge, will apply. Call for details.

Do you embroider garments?
Yes. Online quotations are not yet available for embroidery, so please email us your image and we'll contact you with pricing information.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept personal and business checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

What are my shipping options?
We use Fedex ground. If you have an account with Fedex or UPS, we are happy to use any of their shipping options. For large shipments we can utilize a trucking company to save freight costs. Please inquire.

Embroidery FAQ's

How long does it take?
We will ship your order within five business days of your approval of the proof we provide to you. Allow about two weeks from the time you place your order until your order is shipped to you. If we are creating a new custom design for you, expect your initial proof within five business days from the time we finalize the source for your graphic. Allow an additional 1-5 business days for shipping. Rush Service is available as are expedited shipping options.

Do you have a catalog?
Our product catalog is online however printed catalogs are available upon request.

Do you do screen printing?
Yes, we can screen print most of the apparel and accessories.

Can I mix different items for quantity pricing?
If each item you order uses the same design, you may combine items, sizes and colors for pricing (see below for exclusion on head-wear), although there is a minimum of four per item per color. For instance, if you order 48 denim shirts, 24 polos and 24 jackets and the same design is used for all items, you would use the "96-143" (48+24+24=96) price break for each item. Because embroidery on head wear requires a special setup and special equipment, head wear must stand alone for quantity pricing and for minimum quantities. Within the head wear category, you may combine items, sizes and colors, as long as each item is embroidered with the same basic design and there is a minimum of four per item per color.

What if the items I order need different colors in the embroidery?
There is no charge for additional colorways to match the different colors of items you order. We will design the colorways for you based on the items you order.

Can I see a sample of my embroidery before I place my order?
Because of the considerable number of hours required to prepare and proof your design, we do not prepare embroidery samples before you place your order. However, when you place an order we will prepare a proof for your approval prior to production. Sample embroidery is available for a setup fee of $150.00. The sample embroidery charge will be refunded to you when you place a quantity order of at least 12 pieces.

Do I see my embroidery before you ship my order?
Within five business days of the time you place your order, we will make a proof of your embroidery available to you for approval. We will not embroider your order without your prior approval. If you have any concerns, please request a no charge pre-production sample.

Should I order a product sample?
If you are unfamiliar with the product you are considering, we emly recommend you order a sample without embroidery. Once you have evaluated the sample, you may return it for full credit.

How many colors can I use?
Our machines will accommodate up to 15 colors. There is no charge for using more than a certain number of colors.

Screen Printing FAQ's

What affects the price of garments?
Your price is affected by: the quantity, quality, and color of garments you select; the number of ink colors used in your artwork; and the number of print locations on the garments.

Can I combine different styles of garments for my order?
Yes, you may combine any number of styles to get the quantity price break. For example, order 24 t-shirts, 24 tank tops and 24 sweat shirts and receive the 72 piece price for all garments, as long as all garments receive the same print. The only exception is for hats. Hats must be ordered separately because they require different screens and use a dedicated hat press.

Can I combine different colors of garments for my order?
Yes, most artwork will print well on different shirt colors. Mix colors all you want. When we review your art we'll notify you if there's a potential problem, and help you find the solution. Remember, no surprises...you always approve our work!

Do you have specialty inks?
Yes, we have fluorescent colors as well as puff, shimmer and metallic inks. We also match Pantone colors.

What is the largest print area?
We can print to a maximum of 16" wide by 20" tall

How large should my logo be?
There are no set standards. This is art and it is all very subjective. We recommend that you print your image onto paper in a number of different sizes. For example, print your image at 6", 8" and 10" wide. Place the images one at a time in the location on your garment where you want it to print. Use a live body rather than laying it flat on a table, so you'll see how the shirt looks as someone wears it. Talk to the others in your group and decide on an image size.

Do you match Pantone colors?
Yes, we will mix your Pantone color for a nominal fee of $15.

Does black count as an ink color?
Yes, count black as well as white when figuring the number of ink colors in your design.

Can I print a color photograph?
Yes, but as it involves slightly more sophisticated technology, there is a different pricing structure and minimum quantity order. Fill out the online order form and look for the explanations for color photography reproduction. Do not hesitate to call if you have questions.

How many ink colors can you print?
We print up to 12 spot colors. You may use 1 - 8 ink colors per image for orders with quantities up to 599. Your order must be 600 or more garments to print 9 - 12 ink colors.
